Film Fête

As we entered the round room, ushers used their flashlights to point us to our seats. Red-Shirts in cigarette-girl styled costume proffered popcorn in paper-cones. a splash of movie posters along the wall of the lobby of the Villa Balbi set the tone and the theme for the festivities of the final night of CREA. A closer look revealed that the stars of these well known cinematic classics were actually CREA leaders. This is one of the funniest and most creative things I have seen at the conference in years.
